Policies & Procedures

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours of advance notice you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Gratuity
Massage therapists are always paid the full amount of gratuity clients wish to give.

Collection of Payments
All payments must be collected at the time services are rendered. Gift Certificates, CC, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, and cash are acceptable forms of payment for most therapists. Please check with your therapist for their preferred method.

Canceled Payments or insufficient funds
We understand things happen, however, it is our policy to collect a one-time fee of $25.00 for each canceled payment or insufficient funds transaction.

    -  If there is a negative balance on your account this must be paid before any future bookings may be scheduled. Any negative balances after 30 days could result in legal action.

Privacy
All health information that you have provided to your therapist is confidential and will not be shared without your permission.

Children
This is a place of healing and relaxation, children are not allowed to be left unaccompanied in the waiting room or a therapy room. If a child under 18 is being treated a parent or guardian must remain with them at all times throughout treatment.
