To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee to the credit card used for the reservation.

Prior to your session, we conduct a general health intake to ensure that we understand your unique requirements. Additionally, we offer post-session follow-up that may include self-care exercises or physician referrals.
Our massage therapists are licensed by the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses and insured by Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands.
